Effective immediately all access to the 'Public Digital Information' commonly known as 'the internet' is prohibited. Any action attempting to allow unauthorized individuals to access PDI will be prosecuted under the 'Revitalization Act'. The decision is based on the 40-year data collection study, which undeniably proved:

• severe addiction

• disconnect from the surrounding tangible world

• severe biochemical imbalance

• loss of human values
